How to Properly Open and Close Museum Display Cases

In the process of using museum display cases, we often need to open and close them. This requires us to pay attention to the correct opening and closing methods of museum display cases, because different types of doors have different opening and closing methods. Next let's take a closer look.

1. 800*800 revolving door independent display case

(1) Unlock and open the door: the upper and lower keys must all be inserted into the lock hole and rotated 90 degrees clockwise (if you feel the rotation force, you can press the aluminum profile on the aluminum plate with your other hand). The key can be pulled out slightly by loosening the unlocking side slightly and turning it at the same time. If you can't feel the force to lock the cabinet, it means the lock is open. At this point, you can open the door by pulling the glass edge on the side of the door keyhole. Depending on the size of the artifact, the door can be opened to any size between 0 and 90 degrees.

(2) Closing and locking of the door: After placing the cultural relics, you can push the glass door on the side of the door to rotate it to contact the fixed sealing strip on the glass side. At this time, the upper and lower locks can be locked separately. When locking, be sure to lightly press the aluminum profile with one hand so that it is in close contact with the aluminum profile on the fixed side. At the same time, with the other hand, turn the key counterclockwise. The key will automatically eject when it is in place.

2. pan low cabinet with swing door

(1) Unlock and open the door: all the left and right keys must be inserted into the lock hole, and rotated 90 degrees clockwise (if you feel the rotation force, you can press the aluminum profile with the other hand to gently pull it out at the same time. If you can't feel the force to lock the cabinet, it means the lock is open.

At this point, you can pull out the key by hand, or pull the aluminum profile out about 50mm (you must pull both left and right); then you can slowly move left (or right) at a constant speed according to the need to place the relic Glass door. When using the door, keep the aluminum bottom profile at a distance of about 50mm from the fixed side of the cabinet to avoid movement obstacles. At this time, please be careful not to collide the glass with nearby objects and people. Vigorous or rapid movement of the glass door is prohibited to avoid danger. When the glass door moves to the left (or right) to the extreme position, it will stop.

(2) Closing and locking the door: You can pull or push the glass door back to a position roughly aligned with the fixed glass on the left and right sides. Note: When moving the glass door, please keep the aluminum profile at the bottom of the door and keep a distance of 50mm from the fixed side. At this point, push the bottom of the door toward the cabinet, and push in the left and right sides at the same time. The aluminium profile at the bottom of the door touches the fixed side. When using aluminum profiles, keep pressing with one hand and turn the key counterclockwise with the other hand. Once the key is in place, it will pop out automatically. You can lock both keys separately.

3. 1200 door low flat display case

(1) Unlock and open the door: Before unlocking, please check whether the back of the showcase is about 150mm away from the fixed object, so that the upper body of the showcase has room to turn. Insert the key into the left and right lock holes and turn it off when you pull it out. At this point, the lock body can be ejected and extended by about 15mm. (If the lock body is prevented from popping out, you can press lightly with one hand to unlock the side showcase, and then the lock body will pop out.) After the left and right locks are all opened, you can lift the front aluminum plate. Turn the profile into the upper body flip cover of the glass cabinet by hand, and the gas spring will automatically lift the cabinet into place. (When the lift glass cover is halfway through its travel, replace it with a little force to pull down the glass cover to prevent the stand from lifting the glass cover too quickly, flip the display case over and release it.

(2) Close the door: After placing the cultural relics in place and adjusting the rotation of the spotlight to meet the requirements, you can evenly press the glass cover on the opening side by hand. Halfway through the stroke, lift the glass lid with a little force to make it easier to gently close the lid. Note that when the glass lid is about to close, try to keep your hand on the outside of the aluminum profile, not your fingers. (To prevent the glass from breaking, do not press down the glass cover vigorously or quickly.) After closing the glass cover, press the lock bodies on both sides inward. When you hear a click, the lock is locked. (If the lock is locked, you can press down to lock the side glass cover slightly) Make sure to lock it in place, otherwise the lock will pop out automatically.
